The acquisition brings ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s total timberland ownership to approximately 130,000 acres (52,609 hectares) and is a significant step in the continued advancement of the Company’s timberland acquisition strategy.

As a transparent and collaborative global supplier, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Advanced Materials will share LCA data with customers upon request to support their sustainability efforts.

The annual IYC program supports projects around the world that can benefit a community for multiple years or generations.

For the third consecutive year, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is partnering with the Arbor Day Foundation to support tree planting in communities and forests of need around the world.

The projects being funded by ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s strategic philanthropy and community engagement program, ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Helps, span the globe to include locations where ÐßÐßÊÓƵ employees work and live.  

After 20 years with the Company, Chief Financial Officer Jeff Prosinski will retire, effective January 1, 2024. He will be succeeded by Glenn M. Fish, effective August 21.  

ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s decision to join WBCSD reflects its commitment to addressing the climate imperative and promoting sustainable practices.

The manufacturing facility is projected to provide over 150 direct new jobs to Noxubee County and surrounding areas, while providing a sustainable solution to utilize abundant smaller diameter timber in the region—benefiting landowners, businesses and residents.

The acquisition will grow and expand HRC’s business globally in key service areas including timberland management, timberland appraisals, forest inventory management and forest modeling.
