ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s commitment to social responsibility is driven by the ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Principles, as well as our Sustainability and Culture & Inclusion goals. Our efforts are focused on three categories—Housing, Education & Wellness, Environment as well as responsive humanitarian support—to ensure we make a significant, collective impact worldwide.

Strategic Partners
ÐßÐßÊÓƵ supports strategic not-for-profit partnerships through annual large-scale corporate donations and employee volunteerism coordinated at the local level.
Employee-Driven Programs
ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Helps organizes global and US domestic programs that encourage our employees to be champions of organizations in their local communities. Initiatives include the annual Impact Your Community program and Matching Gifts.
Local Business Initiatives
Employees at every ÐßÐßÊÓƵ location around the world are encouraged to spend time volunteering with co-workers through opportunities that are organized by their local plant philanthropy efforts.
Volunteer Time Off Program
ÐßÐßÊÓƵ offers a Volunteer Time Off Program which allows employees to be paid or take non-vacation time off for up to 8 hours annually for time spent during working hours supporting local causes through volunteerism.

ÐßÐßÊÓƵ is proud to annually support to our global strategic partners through large-scale donations and employee engagement opportunities. Strategic partner efforts focus on three pillars: Housing, Education and Wellness and Environmental causes. These efforts also support the Company’s Sustainability and Culture & Inclusion goals. Partnerships and funded initiatives are intentionally located near ÐßÐßÊÓƵ sites to create lasting, positive impact in the communities where our employees live and work.
