The ÐßÐßÊÓƵ Corporation is organized as a Portfolio Management Company (PMC). In this governance model, each ÐßÐßÊÓƵ business has its own Management Board, whose members have significant experience in the relevant industries they serve. This ensures that ÐßÐßÊÓƵ leaders within each portfolio business are supported by a Board with the knowledge to help drive the business forward.

In a PMC, operational matters for each business are left to the Management Boards that are closest to the business, with appropriate oversight from Corporate. This frees up ÐßÐßÊÓƵ’s Corporate Board to focus on overall portfolio strategy and critical resource allocation decisions.
